This structured training program will provide hands-on experience in all aspects of daily operations, including customer service, team leadership, operations management, and achieving business goals. The MIT will work closely with experienced managers to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively lead a team and contribute to the success of the business.Key responsibilities include:Participate in a comprehensive training program covering all areas of store or location operationsSupport daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and schedulingLead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfactionAssist in supervising, coaching, and developing team members to meet performance standardsHelp ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelinesMonitor and support achievement of sales goals and operational targetsResolve customer and employee concerns in a professional and timely mannerAdapt to different locations and work environments as needed based on business needsQualifications include:Previous leadership, retail, or food service experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to learn quickly and take initiativeExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsFlexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidaysWillingness to work at different locations as assignedMust be at least [Minimum Age Requirement] years oldHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plusPhysical requirements include:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periodsLift and carry up to [Specify Weight, e.g., 25 lbs] as neededBenefits include:Medical and dental insurance after 30 days of employment.
