Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Assist clients with selecting the right insurance policies for their needs, including auto, home, renters, and other personal lines of insurance.
  •  Provide personalized quotes and guide customers through policy options.
  •  Crosssell additional insurance products and identify opportunities to meet customer needs.
  •  Help customers with policy renewals, making adjustments as necessary to maintain adequate coverage.
  •  Educate clients on insurance coverage options, policy benefits, and comparisons to empower them to make informed decisions.
  •  Process policy changes, billing inquiries, and documentation efficiently.
  •  Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure longterm satisfaction.


Qualifications: 

  •  Property & Casualty License (required).
  •  Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an insurance setting.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple clients and tasks.
  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  •  Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and quoting systems.
  •  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
