This organization is a Maryland-based Commercial Contractor specializing in construction repairs in the DC & Baltimore metro areas and the wider state of Maryland.


Your new role


As the Concrete & Masonry Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing a crew that will:

  • Engage in concrete, masonry, caulking and waterproofing tasks
  • Conduct cold waterproofing, wet glazing, tuck pointing, and stone setting
  • Perform masonry and concrete work
  • Ensure high standards of safety and quality control on site.

The Superintendent is responsible for planning and coordinating the work, ensuring safety standards are met, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.


What you'll need to succeed


The ideal candidate should have experience in concrete and masonry work, good leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients. Spanish at a business proficiency or strong conversational level is required.

You will also have a valid and clean driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, and be able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
