Attendance is expected and fully supported.The CX Programs team drives strategy, planning, and execution for the Global Customer Support (GCS) organization, operating at the intersection of product and support to transform the customer experience. We're hiring a Program Manager, Coinbase One, to evolve Priority Support into a best-in-class offering and leverage CX to drive member retention and product adoption.What You'll DoOwn the end-to-end Coinbase One CX experienceDeep dive top CB1 contact driversContinuously improve customer satisfactionEvolve Priority SupportLeverage Priority Support interactions as a retention driverDrive product adoption at scaleTranslate voice of customer insightsEnhance the Coinbase Debit Card support programWhat We're Looking For5+ years in CX program management, project management, or product operationsProven success leading retention or scaled product adoption programsDemonstrated ability to run high-impact cross-functional programsStrong execution skills with a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on deliveryData-driven operator with experience defining KPIsExecutive-ready communication and stakeholder management skillsNice to HaveExperience leveraging LLM-based tools in supportExperience with global support operationsAbility to design program prioritization frameworksPay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include bonus eligibility + equity eligibility + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
