Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the IT department to aid in efficient operations; tasks may include processing documents, email correspondence, organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files, etc.
  • Maintain a document for tracking current and outstanding IT needs.
  • Responsible for managing internal database; validating employee information, modifying when necessary.
  • Coordinate, review, and participate with technical and professional staff in data collection and analyses to achieve operational effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory lists for all distribution centers, input data efficiently and accurately into internal system.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments to complete day-to-day administrative activities; collaborate with team and work cross functionally with other departments via email when needed.
  • Assist with maintenance of company IT assets (i.e., printers, PC’s, routers, etc.).
  • Follow up on various tasks to ensure completion and deadlines are met; may include daily reports, status updates, meeting follow-ups, requests for information, projects, etc.
  • Stay current with industry changes and improvements in hardware and software applications.


Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn internal software system quickly
  • Above average organization skills
