1. Deliver Specialized Care: Administer care as per the active care plan established by healthcare professionals, ensuring the best possible treatment outcomes.

2. Expert Medication Administration: Manage the administration of prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies with precision, always prioritizing patient comfort and safety.

3. Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all nursing actions, assessments, and care coordination to ensure accurate patient documentation.

4. Patient and Family Empowerment: Educate patients and their families on health management, self-care techniques, and preventive strategies to foster understanding and empowerment.
