Some pediatric consultation psychiatry and partial hospitalization coverage is needed in a group that operates in a flexible coverage model to enhance collaboration and wellbeing. Providence INWA Behavioral Health department includes both a Psychiatry Residency and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship. The department is a robust, innovative, quality improvement driven team setting. We foster a close, caring, and supportive psychiatry and advanced practice provider group with a fun cohort of residents. - Monday-Friday, 5 shifts/week, 5-day block or 7 on/7 off
- Opportunity to supervise and teach residents and medical students

- Compensation is between $270,482 to $373,240 per year
- The compensation amounts listed include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers have CME benefits available to them.
