We are known to offer our customers a wide selection of services, products, and home comfort solutions along with the most knowledgeable and professional technicians in the industry.Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of two locations through strategic and tactical direction. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources within the locations.Oversee the locations' daily operations and facility management in support of company's growth. Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with Executive members as necessary. Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes. Plan and direct activities such as service promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required. Monitor departments to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits. Develop or implement service-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or promotions. Implement or oversee environmental management or sustainability programs addressing issues such as recycling, conservation, or waste management.
