Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction for clinical services in the Family/Adult Medicine department
- Supervise a team of 40 Physicians and Midlevel providers
- Maintain a 50% administrative and 50% clinical split
- Select office location from 13 clinic sites
- Travel to other locations for administrative support as needed
Schedule:
- Standard office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekend duties
- Telephone call responsibilities: 3 weeks per year, schedule published one year in advance
Compensation and Benefits:
- Negotiable annual salary: $240,000
- Yearly salary increases
- Bonus equivalent to 15% of base salary

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a practicing physician in primary health care
- Active Florida Medical License or ability to obtain
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- DEA License
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records
- Practice and personnel management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of diagnosing and treating injuries, diseases, and ailments
- Understanding of value-based care
