Apply todayPosition Type: Part-TimeAverage Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per weekStarting Wage: $19.00 per hourWage Increases: Year 2 - $19.50 | Year 3 - $20.00 | Year 4 - $20.00 | Year 5 - $21.00Duties and ResponsibilitiesMust be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leaderUpholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibilityOther duties as assignedCashier ResponsibilitiesProcesses customer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatlyProvides exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experienceProvides feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issuesParticipates in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracyAdheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize lossesStocker ResponsibilitiesStocks shelves and rotates product properly to guarantee fresh product is available for the customerFollows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displaysOrganizes new inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxesOperates machinery and follows all safety proceduresStore Associate ResponsibilitiesAssists with Curbside Shopping ordersStore Associates are responsible for both cashier and stocker responsibilities listed abovePhysical Demands: Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk about the store.
