Inside Sales RepresentativeAdecco has a great opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative position located in San Antonio, TX. Pay rates starting at $20.00 per hour working Monday Friday.Duties and Responsibilities:The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. This role proactively identifies new business opportunities among existing customers and ensures clients receive timely and successful solutions aligned with their needs.Key Responsibilities:Work with customers to determine material requirements including quantities, specifications, and shipping.Review customer P.O.'s to ensure information is accurate and within Noah's scope of work.Provide continual customer support throughout the processes from receipt of purchase order to final shipment.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and providing ongoing support.Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets.Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain strong client relationships.Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent delivery service.Stay current on company products, services, and industry trends.Maintain CRM systems with accurate client information and sales activities.Additional duties as necessary.Qualifications:High School Diploma or Equivalent RequiredBachelors degree in a science related field, marketing or business administration preferred1 3 years of customer service or related experienceSkills and Competencies:High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientationExcellent organizational and communication skillsDetail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookAbility to work cross-functionally with other departmentsExcellent math skills and customer service acumenStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Work Environment and Physical Requirements:Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and use standard office equipment.Daily Exposure to the production environmentWhat's in this for you?Pay starting at $20.00 per hour.
