Job DescriptionThe Cost Control Analyst I plays a key role in supporting project financial performance.

This role is responsible for preparing labor and expense plans, forecasting costs using established accounting and project management systems, and processing project billings. The analyst will also support client billing activities and perform thorough reviews of assigned projects' overall financial status to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare project labor and expense plansDevelop forecasts using accounting and project management systemsProcess project billings and support client billing activitiesConduct detailed reviews of financials for assigned projects to ensure accuracy and completenessQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum of two years of related professional experienceAdditional QualificationsStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with Deltek Vision accounting software (preferred)Experience with PMWeb project management software (preferred)Foundational understanding of accounting standards and principlesAbility to work effectively under established deadlines, particularly during financial close periodsExceptional attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracyGeneral knowledge of financial, accounting, and administrative processes
