Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and proactive IT User Support professional to join their team. As an IT User Support, you will be part of the IT department supporting the Solon R&D Site. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: IT User Support Location: Solon, Ohio What's the Job? Provide Tier I technical support to end-users via phone, email, Teams, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate problems when necessary. Work with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve issues and coordinate repairs or replacements. Support initial computer setup for new employees to ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain the continuous functionality of IT systems and infrastructure for the site, including hardware, software, and network components. What's Needed? Minimum Associate Degree in Business or Technology related field or IT Certification. At least 1 year of hands-on IT/IS experience with relevant system software such as Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Microsoft Office, Adobe Connect, and Microsoft Teams. Demonstrated problem-solving and implementation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience in inventory management of hardware and software assets. What's in it for me?
