We are currently seeking an Associate Director, Solutions Management Lead for our Global Tech & Knowledge (GT&K) team within KPMG International. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business teams and GT&K delivery teams to identify solution requirements and assist in planning activities. Guide business teams through standard GT&K processes for new work requests, ensuring they stay informed about GT&K investments and strategic changes. Oversee and assist in managing the development and support efforts for solutions, along with delivering other GT&K services to global functions as required. Address and resolve challenges faced by business teams promptly. Escalate issues to senior leadership as necessary to ensure satisfactory outcomes. Provide regular status updates and reports to business teams regarding the progress and issues within the activity portfolio, including financial tracking and support for annual budget planning. Manage the technical aspects of an existing portfolio of solutions through their lifecycle, interfacing with business teams on development priorities, plans, and ongoing support requirements. Work closely with Senior Solutions Management Leads and manage a team that includes Solution Management leads, Solution Architecture, Engineering leads, and broader GT&K teams as well as contractors and suppliers to fulfill business requirements. Uphold KPMG's culture of respect and professionalism, maintaining a courteous work environment. Qualifications: At least ten years of progressive experience in IT, ideally with experience in Business Analysis, Enterprise/Solution Architecture, and involvement in Solution development. Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science is required; a Master's Degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent work experience is also acceptable. Proven ability to work collaboratively with business teams, manage relationships, and effectively translate technology solutions to address business challenges. Experience with SDLC tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub, along with project reporting and tracking tools like Microsoft Project is a must. Broad knowledge of application and infrastructure architectures and technologies, particularly Microsoft platforms (Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS), automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow), reporting suites (e.g., Power BI), and enterprise applications such as SAP and Salesforce. Experience managing a small portfolio of applications.
