Come be a part of our Directory Data Governance (DDG) Team within Provider Process and Network Operations Organization and make an impact on the future of Healthcare.The Directory Data Governance (DDG) is an operational organization residing within the Provider Process and Network Operations Organization. DDG is integral to the Humana enterprise and supports provider directory accuracy. DDG's focus is ensuring the providers' demographic information, panel status, and vendor numbers are accurate. The DDG team makes quarterly outbound calls to contracted Medicare providers as requested by the Center for Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS). DDG uses the information obtained during these outreaches to ensure that Humana members view the most accurate data when searching Physician Finder Plus. If you enjoy working to ensure our members have a positive experience when utilizing Physician Finder Plus, come join Humana's DDG team.
