Production SupervisorLocation(s): Wixom, MI, US, 48393Function: ManufacturingAudience: Experienced ProfessionalWork Arrangement: On SiteThe Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading the Silentex Wixom Michigan manufacturing operation, working in a matrix organization. Will interface with Customers, Suppliers, and Technical, Safety, and Manufacturing resources from the Composites team.The Silentex Operations Supervisor is accountable for delivering a strategic Ops Plan, consistent with the three stands of Owens Corning, namely 1/ drive to zero safety incidents, 2/ eliminate all forms of waste and 3/ elevate the individual performance capability of employees at the site. He/she provides operations leadership through continuous improvement/lean manufacturing and directs program management for Ops projects.The position reports to the Silentex Business Manager.ResponsibilitiesSafetyDemonstrate safe working practices, promoting safety awareness and performance.
