As Lead, Regional Marketing, you'll own regional marketing strategies across CenterWell Primary Care's Southeast, West and Central markets, driving growth, engagement, and brand consistency in diverse communities. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll blend data, creativity, and collaboration to deliver tailored marketing solutions that resonate deeply with patients and caregivers.Key Role FunctionsStrategic Leadership & Planning Lead the development of regional marketing strategies across Southeast, West and Central regions, including emerging and established geographies.Serve as a strategic advisor to regional leadership, translating business priorities into actionable marketing plans.Align regional marketing efforts with enterprise goals, brand standards, and member needs.Use data and insights to evaluate full-funnel marketing impact and inform future strategy, including forecasting, budget management, and performance optimization.Insights & Intelligence Leverage advanced analytics, market research, and predictive modeling to uncover emerging opportunities and risks across markets.Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide enterprise-level decision making and long-term growth strategies.Champion test & learn culture that empowers the execution team to experiment, refine, and scale approaches with evidence-driven outcomes.Stakeholder & Partner Management Collaborate cross-functionally with enterprise marketing, clinical, and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.Serve as the key relationship owner to senior business leaders, driving value in partnership, strategic planning, thoughtful stakeholder engagement, and insightful performance analysis.Build strong partnerships with market and operational leaders to ensure marketing strategies are grounded in local priorities.ImpactThis role is critical to expanding CenterWell's reach and resonance in communities across the country. Your leadership will ensure our marketing efforts are locally relevant, brand-aligned, and strategically positioned to drive meaningful engagement and business results.Use Your Skills to Make an ImpactRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field OR equivalent related experience.8+ years of experience building and executing highly impactful marketing strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.Deep empathy for the customer and ability to translate complexities into simple, comprehensible communications.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leadership.Expert knowledge and use of marketing frameworks.Experience working in a matrixed organization with cross-functional teams including clinical, operations, and sales.Ability to identify actionable insights and translate them into winning marketing strategies.Highly collaborative mindset and excellent relationship-building skills, including the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and subject-matter experts, and win their co-ownership in outcomes.Strong bias for results, a self-starter with strong organizational skills, who is thorough and demonstrates initiative, ownership, and follow-through.Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.Preferred QualificationsMBA or Master's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.Experience in healthcare, senior services, or multi-site operations.Experience managing agency relationships and media planning.Experience building compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership.Additional InformationTo ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable, or DSL connection is suggested.Satellite, cellular, and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.Our Hiring ProcessAs part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we may contact you via text message and email to gather more information using a software platform called HireVue. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $126,300 - $173,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
