Hospitality ManagerThe Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the team to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to motivate and develop staff.Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.Ensure high standards of food quality and service are maintained at all times.Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.Train and supervise staff, providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities.Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience.Prepare and manage the restaurants budget, including forecasting and controlling expenses.Stay updated on industry trends and implement new ideas to enhance the restaurants offerings.Qualifications:Proven experience in a hospitality management role, preferably in a restaurant setting.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
