Evergreen is backed by Alpine Investors, a leading private equity firm focused on the services and software industries with $16B+ in AUM.The RoleAs a Summer Investing Analyst, you will play a critical role throughout the entire lifecycle of a deal. Your responsibilities will include assessing and identifying new acquisition opportunities, performing analyses and building financial models, managing service providers (accountants, consultants, lawyers etc.) and driving acquisitions to close. You must be available starting June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027.You will be responsible for your own room and board during the duration of your stay in San Francisco for this program.In-office 4+ days per week.Base pay range for this role is expected to be between $8,000 - $9,000 per month of the program.We encourage you to apply even if you feel that you do not meet all of the above qualifications.
