About the Role We're seeking a board-certified veterinary dentist (AVDC Diplomate) to help launch ADSG in Tampa, FL. At AOSN, we have a proven track record of fostering collaborative, doctor-first environments. Our dermatology network has maintained nearly 100% doctor retention since 2022, thanks to our clinician-centered model, transparent operations, and long-term investment in our people.
