Finance Analyst Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company's Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) is looking for a Finance Analyst Manager (Level K) based out of Berkley, MO or Hazelwood, MO. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by providing finance support to the F15 programs and functions. We're looking for a trusted leader that can demonstrate: • Masterful problem-solving: Tackle complex challenges head-on and find innovative solutions • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly acclimating and taking action • Collaborative influencing: Build consensus and create buy-in among peers and stakeholders • Dynamic communication: Deliver clear and concise communication at all levels • Creative thinking: Bring fresh ideas and approaches to drive business growth Position Responsibilities: Manages, develops and motivates individual contributors Lead the execution of budget and finance activities Lead the team on Earned Value Management (EVM) baseline set up, reporting and execution Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Act as a trusted advisor to your business partner by providing valuable business insights and strategic recommendations Supports the execution of operational statement of work, including their financial performance to budgets / plans and opportunity/risk evaluation Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports, across functions and programs This position is on-site. This means that the selected candidate will be required to work onsite.
