OverviewAre you a detail-oriented accountant with strong organization skills? As a Project Accountant on our I-95 Robeson project, you will play a crucial role in preparing and analyzing financial data, ensuring the financial health of our projects. You will collaborate with industry experts and committed teams to contribute to insightful financial reporting but also drive the success of our projects.Apply now and transform your career with us.What you will be doing* Prepare project journal entries and reconciles cost reports for one or more projects.* Compile and analyze project pay forms to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.* Track insurance and bond information for all subcontractors.* Set up cost codes and cost types for project needs.* Support field personnel timecard entry, certified payroll and reporting as needed.* Enter equipment time entry and reconcile equipment accruals for project needs.* Support accounts payable and onsite invoice entry to track project expenses and payments.
