We provide the vehicle, equipment, uniforms, and training you bring reliability, professionalism, and pride in quality work.Evening Floor Care SupervisorFull-Time | 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM 1:30 AM | $18$20/hr | Paid WeeklyThis is a working supervisor role, leading a small mobile crew during evening projects. You'll be responsible for quality, safety, timelines, and supporting your team while remaining hands-on with floor care work.Key Responsibilities:Lead and supervise evening floor care crews at multiple job sitesPerform and oversee stripping, waxing, and restoration of commercial flooringOperate and maintain floor equipment (scrubbers, buffers, etc.)Ensure safety procedures, quality standards, and timelines are metTrain and coach team members; reinforce company practicesServe as the on-site point of contact for issues or adjustmentsWhat We're Looking For:Proven reliability and leadership experience in floor care, janitorial, facilities, or service environmentsAbility to supervise, coach, and hold a team accountableStrong communication skills and calm problem-solvingComfortable with physical work and standing for extended periodsValid driver's license and clean driving record (required)Floor TechnicianFull-Time | 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM 1:30 AM | $16$17/hr | Paid WeeklyAs a Floor Technician, you'll work as part of a small mobile crew completing commercial floor care projects.
