Our portfolio features a wide range of project types, including workplace and commercial to retail, hospitality, residential, and product design. [QUANTITATIVE]

DESIGN

· Skilled in creating functional and human-centered interiors that enhance user experience.

· Integrates materials, colors, lighting, and furniture for impactful and visually appealing 

designs.


PROGRAMMING

· Proficient in programming techniques for client collaboration.


DOCUMENTATION

· Experienced in producing detailed and accurate construction documents.

· Skilled in coordinating documentation efforts to maintain project clarity and consistency.


CONSTRUCTION

· Demonstrates an understanding of construction processes, contributing valuable insights to 

ensure design intent is met.

· Collaborates effectively with contractors and builders to address construction challenges and 

maintain quality standards.


FINISHES

· Possesses knowledge of materials, finishes, and textures

· Adept at curating compelling palettes and material selections that align with design vision and 

project requirements.


FURNITURE

· Well-versed in furniture design principles.

· Familiar with a wide range of manufacturers to select and integrate pieces that complement 

overall design concepts


COMMUNICATION

· Articulate in conveying design ideas through graphics, writing, verbalization, and 

presentations.


MANAGEMENT

· Demonstrates efficient management of budgets, timelines, and resources.

· Leads teams effectively, fostering collaboration, creativity, and productivity throughout 

project phases.


[IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS]

· Minimum B.S./B.A. in related field

· Minimum 2 years related experience

· Experience and ability with:

· Revit

· AutoCAD

· SketchUp

· Adobe Suite

· Microsoft Office Suite
