The School District of Beloit is seeking to fill the Choreographer position for the 24-25 BMHS Spring Musical. The musical Choreographer will create the dance routines with guidance from the Director to ensure continuity. The Choreographer is expected to be an intricate part of the audition process. Each musical is different, so the number of dances for each musical may vary. The choreographer will teach the dance routines to the cast and is expected to be at rehearsals 2-3 days a week, and everyday starting with tech rehearsal through to the close. The musical typically runs from December through March. The Choreographer will work with the set designer and costumer to ensure that dance moves and patterns can be accomplished given the space and costumes being worn.
