We service thousands of businesses with vending, micro-markets, office coffee, and pantry programs. Our Retail Merchandisers play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive clean, well-stocked, reliable service every day. This is a full-time, physically demanding, customer-facing position designed for individuals who want stable work, real responsibility, and a clear advancement path within operations.What You'll DoMerchandise, restock, and maintain product displays in micro-markets and vending locationsEnsure all equipment and displays are clean, organized, and visually appealingRotate product to maintain freshness and reduce wasteRecord out-of-stocks accurately and maintain inventory integrityInteract professionally with customers and onsite contactsFollow a structured daily schedule with consistency and reliabilityWork closely with supervisors and route optimizers to support customer needsWork ExpectationsMost merchandisers work 4550 hours per weekWe work until the job is finished workload varies based on customer volumeEarly morning start times depending on route assignmentsFrequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 50 lbsA fast-paced, hands-on environment requiring independence and professionalismMust represent the company well at all customer locationsWhat We're Looking ForDependable, self-motivated individuals who take pride in high-quality workStrong attention to detail and ability to stick to a daily planComfortable with physical tasks and being on your feet most of the dayClear, professional communication with customers and colleaguesValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to commit to a full 4550 hour work weekWhat We OfferCompetitive pay, base salary + commissionMedical, dental, and vision benefits401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidaysAll equipment, uniforms, and training providedA defined career path: Merchandiser ?
