Join our team where every individual takes pride in driving their role for shared success.About The RoleUnder the direction of the Department Supervisor, the Licensed Customer Service Representative (Customer Service Representative 2) performs the essential functions of the position, which includes but is not limited to servicing the needs of clients and making changes to existing accounts. Specific service and underwriting responsibilities are required. Meets service and underwriting standards and performs essential functions at or above the quality and service standards of Aspire General Insurance Services, LLC.What Youll DoAnswer incoming calls and chats and analyze questions and concerns from insureds and/or producers to resolve issues in a timely manner;Answer technical questions from producers and assist them in navigating the system;Process incoming faxes, e?mails, and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately;Solicit additional data from insureds or producers, explain underlying underwriting determinations, and report risk alerts to underwriting;Determine reasons for cancellation requests; follow the retention procedure;Comply with state and federal laws, Department of Insurance criteria, insurance carrier, and Aspire General's policies, procedures, and work rules;Review, evaluate, and issue endorsements;Produce grammatically correct, clearly written correspondence including letters, memos, reports, e?mails, and policy file documentation;Maintain prompt and regular attendance;Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsCurrent P&C license in the state of CA is required; licenses in MI, TX, WA, OR, NV, and AZ are preferred;Ability to manage increased levels of responsibility;Strong knowledge of insurance terminology, concepts and coverage, and ability to read, analyze, and interpret industry periodicals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations;Familiarity with Microsoft Office, ability to use the Internet, and adapt to new software programs and changes in technology;Ability to set priorities and perform multiple tasks;Problem?solving ability; adept at dealing with concrete variables and interpreting instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form;Ability to negotiate;Skill in adapting to a paperless environment;Spanish bilingual preferred.Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA*, PTO, 401k, Company observed HolidaysIndividuals seeking employment at Aspire General Insurance Services LLC are considered without regards to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation in accordance with federal and state Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action record keeping, reporting, and other legal requirements.Compensation may vary based on several factors, including candidate's individual skills, relevant work experience, location, etc.Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CASeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full?timeJob function: Other#J-18808-Ljbffr
