SupervisorAs a Supervisor, Retail Sportsbook at Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG), your responsibilities will encompass overseeing various aspects of daily retail operations, including assisting the General Manager with devising strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.ExperienceSupervises Sportsbook cashiers; ensures all transactions are performed according to Company policies as well as state and federal regulationsMonitors all monies being wageredApproves or denies wagers from guests in conjunction with the Risk and Trading teamMaintains Sportsbook vaultConducts sweeps/bankroll increases on cashier drawers as necessaryMonitors performance, conducts basic maintenance, and customer experience on kiosksHandles escalated guest disputes in the SportsbookReports issues and discrepancies to management immediatelyAdvises management of any operational concernsAssists with training, developing, measuring performance, disciplining, and/or scheduling department staff, as assignedEnforces Company's Standard Operating ProceduresMaintains high visibility throughout the SportsbookProvides outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employeesPerforms other duties as assignedQualificationsMust have basic computer knowledgeGeneral Sports and Sports Betting knowledge preferred, but not necessaryMust have a minimum of 1 years of cash handling experience in a work setting21+ years of age or olderMust be able to obtain a Gaming LicenseMust be able to provide a high level of customer service in a very fast paced environmentPresent yourself in a professional mannerStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to do simple mathMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidaysThe pay rate for this full-time role is $23 an hour & is a benefits eligible position.
