Pioneer Direct Marketing Now Hiring: Production Generalists 2nd Shifts (2 Openings) Location: 4601 Commerce Crossings Suite 200, Louisville, KY 40229 Shift: 2nd Shift: 12:00 p.m. 8:30 p.m. (2 positions) Job Type: Full-time | Non-ExemptDo you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a fast-paced team? Were looking for Production Generalists to support various departments across our production floor. In this flexible role, youll help keep things movingworking on everything from machine operation to quality checks and manual finishing.What Youll Do:Operate digital printers, Autopen and other production equipmentApply labels/Post-it notes, and complete finishing tasksPerform quality control checks and verify sequencingHand-insert mailers and assist in manual processesSupport multiple departments and contribute wherever neededWhat You Bring:High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of production, mailing, or business-related experience preferredPositive attitude and a strong team mindsetAbility to multitask, stay proactive, and meet deadlinesBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)Physical Requirements:Able to stand up to full shift, sit, lift (up to 30 lbs), and use hand tools throughout the shiftComfortable with occasional bending, stooping, and kneelingModerate noise environmentIf youre dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up your sleeves, wed love to hear from you Apply now to join our team and help us meet daily production goals2nd Shift: 12 noon - 8:30 p.m. Monday through FridayCompensation details: 16-18 Hourly WagePI4957ef6591c6-31181-39283195
