In this role, you will lead a team of specialists responsible for managing the delivery processes of creatives, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong leadership and analytical skills, who enjoys problem-solving, mentoring others, and maintaining high-quality standards in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Team Management & OperationsSupport the team during complex campaign processing and resolve arising issues.Identify process gaps, analyze root causes, and implement improvements.Drive efficiency through process optimization and proactive problem-solving.Hiring & DevelopmentParticipate in candidate interviews and provide feedback.Organize onboarding and initial training for new team members.Maintain and update training materials in line with new processes.Conduct team trainings, evaluations, and provide performance feedback.Organization & ReportingManage internal documentation, timesheets, and monthly reporting.Set and monitor individual and team goals.Prepare regular departmental reports and maintain process archives.Cross-Department CollaborationCommunicate with other departments to ensure smooth cooperation and resolve cross-team issues.Handle non-standard and urgent cases when needed.Requirements:Fluent English (B2 or higher) - confident verbal and written communication.Proven experience in team leadership or people management, preferably in operations, delivery, or similar functions.Strong leadership and organizational skills - ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable in cross-functional collaboration.Analytical and detail-oriented mindset - able to identify root causes, optimize processes, and ensure quality.Problem-solving attitude - proactive in finding effective and sustainable solutions.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.Experience with reporting, process optimization, or tools like Power BI will be an advantageWe Offer:Remote work format, contract, work schedule: 5/2 (8-hour working day) from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM EET (Kyiv time).Timely monthly payments in USD via bank transfer, PayPal, or Payoneer.Work-life balance, with paid annual leave and sick days.Professional development and career growth opportunities.Our Recruitment Process:Predictive Index TestInterview with HRFinal interview with the Hiring ManagerWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
