We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and results-oriented Site Manager for our Trailside location. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing, developing, and managing a vibrant center designed to meet the diverse social, recreational, educational, and nutritional needs of our participants, primarily older adults. Associate's, bachelor's degree, and/or equivalent work experience Preferred education or course work related to Activities Professional, Program Manager, Adult Education, or Creative Arts (Preferred). Experience: Minimum 1-year supervisory experience is required. Must have knowledge and skills working with the older adult population. Experience with development, implementation and coordination of programs preferred.Job Requirements: Strong organizational and leadership skills Communication skills -- verbal and written Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Computer skills -- Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher CRM experience, Salesforce software experience Reliable automobile and valid driver's license and auto insurance Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
