Project Manager IOur Keystone Electrical Manufacturing site in Des Moines, IA is looking for a strong Project Manager I to join the team and grow with us as we grow As a Project Manager I, you will manage a diverse group of internal and external customers, providing extraordinary customer service by providing frequent, specific updates regarding current projects. You will ultimately be accountable for assigned projects from concept to completion; effectively managing project schedules and margin.A Day In The LifeCustomer focus as primary point of contact with internal and external customers; providing frequent, specific updates regarding current projectsUltimately accountable for assigned projects from concept to completion; effectively managing project schedules and marginsTechnical ability to interpret customer specifications and provide a design which meets all requirements, especially quality and scheduleResponsible for ensuring a quality drawing package is released to manufacturingCreate BOM's, maintain schedules, and update QC formsRecognize a need for and identify areas for product and process improvementsWork safely in and around energized electrical enclosuresCustomer visits (travel approximately 10% of the time)What will help you thrive in this role?Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field or Associate's Degree with Utility Systems CertificateMinimum of one to three years of experience in related engineering, co-op or internship role, or five years of experience working on a Systems Control project management teamKnowledge and understanding of the company's product offering and customer needsBasic understanding of AC and DC circuitsExposure to reading schematics and wiring diagramsAdvanced working knowledge of MS Office SuiteStrong attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven analytical & problem-solving skillsHubbell Incorporated creates critical infrastructure solutions that power our customers, communities, people and the planet.
