You will collaborate with the Global HRBPs to provide guidance and coaching to managers and HR colleagues on all HR policies, processes, and programs.You will undertake projects related to the Global Quality people strategy and be the lead solutions partner in support of identified annual people processes for Global Quality.What You'll DoLeading or supporting organizational development, culture, and employee engagement strategies across Operations & ITSupport development and execution of key people projectsDeliver generalist HR support, acting as a key point-of-contact for provision of professional advice and support to a range of HR activities and programsProvide generalist HR advice on a range of employment related matters (e.g., disciplinary and grievance cases, attendance management, parental leave) and escalate to Employee Practices team members or COEs as appropriateEnsure flawless execution of key people processes across the business with the help of workforce analytics and insightsWork collaboratively with colleagues across Global teams to improve the customer experienceFind opportunities for improvements and simplifications and initiates resolutionOperational support for business changeLead and support HRBP's with Performance Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, Reward, Inclusion & Diversity, Enterprise Learning Solutions, and Talent & DevelopmentEssential for the RoleBachelor's Degree8+ years of HR generalist experienceExperience working with large scale business change and transformationExperience of working globally and in managing/ interacting with sizeable internal customer baseExcellent analytical skills and able to clearly articulate the "so what" of data analysis and apply this information to provide recommendations to the businessAbility to assess data workforce profiles and take the lead in building data storiesAble to engage with and influence stakeholders at different levels throughout the organizationTechnical HR knowledge/ skills associated one or more of the following areas Talent Acquisition, Performance & Reward, Employee Relations, L&D, Organizational ChangeProject management with experience in taking multiple layered projects to completionPractical experience providing HR advice to colleaguesAttention to detail; accomplishes tasks and processes accurately and completelyComfortable working autonomously and with ambiguityAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and more complex IT tools including AI.Desirable for the RoleExperience with workforce planning, talent management, and succession planningKnowledge and understanding of HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow)General knowledge and understanding of AZ policies and proceduresOffice Working RequirementsWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.The annual base pay for this position ranges from $116,698.40 - 175,047.60 USD. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentivesan opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.Compensation Pay Range: 116,698.40 - 175,047.60 USD AnnualThe annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position is outlined above. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
