·        26,000 rounds of golf

Responsibilities

·        Hire and manage all restaurant personnel

·        Oversee all restaurant and bar functions to assure an outstanding dining experience for Members and their Guests

·        Together with the Events Director manage all Club functions

·        Create new and exciting events for the members

·        Oversee the planning and execution of club events, ensuring smooth coordination between various departments and meeting member expectations.

·        Work closely with the COO to create and manage the operating and capital budget

·        Evaluate club systems and software and recommend changes or upgrades

·        Assure all departments are being managed efficiently

·        Be highly visible to Members and Staff to be the face of the Club

·        Assist the COO with construction projects

·        Ensure compliance with safety, health and liquor law regulations

·        Develop strategies that will enhance the lives of Members and Staff

·        Manage purchasing and inventory of beverages and wine list

·        All other duties as assigned by the COO

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree

·        At least 5 years of upwardly mobile management in a country club or luxury service industry

·        Strong leadership and communication skills

·        Experience hiring and training service staff

·        Knowledge of club management software
