AGC Electronics America (AGCEA) manufactures high-purity Silicon Carbide (SiC) Ceramics materials and CMP Slurries for the semiconductor industry. We also serve as a distributor for other AGC Electronics Materials manufactured in Japan and elsewhere. We are headquartered in Hillsboro, Oregon, USA, and are a division of AGC Flat Glass North America.We are seeking to add an experienced, licensed LME, out tight knit, highly skilled maintenance team.Job SummaryPerforms maintenance and repair of the facilitys structure, equipment and grounds. Work may include supporting plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Performs routine preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance according to specification on assigned machinery and systems. Conducts daily rounds to monitor facility equipment, record sensor data, and determine necessary repair work. Works from blueprints, drawings, and written procedures. Performs duties of general contractor on projects, which includes full cycle project coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforms maintenance and repair of the facilitys structure, equipment and grounds. Work may include supporting plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fabrication projects. Repair, replace, and maintain electrical equipment operating at less than 600 volts. Performs routine preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance according to specification on assigned machinery and systems. Conducts daily rounds to monitor facility equipment, record sensor data, and determine necessary repair work. Works from blueprints, drawings, and written procedures. Facilitates site projects; manages 3rd party vendors while on siteRequired QualificationsLimited Maintenance Electrician (LME) LicenseHigh School Diploma or GED Equivalent10+ years of related experiencePrevious experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing environmentPreferred Qualifications:Coursework in journey-level mechanical tradesHVAC preventative maintenance experienceWorking knowledge of CNC machines and/or wastewaterWhat We OfferAGC Electronics America (AGCEA) values your contributions to our companys success.
