In this highly visible position, you will partner closely with the Director, Global FP&A, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams across regions to improve forecast accuracy, deliver meaningful insights, and drive profitable growth.This is an opportunity for a strategic finance professional who enjoys transforming data into insight, influencing decisions, and making a measurable impact on global performance.What You'll DoGlobal Planning & ForecastingSupport the annual operating plan, long-range strategic plan, and rolling forecasts across multiple regions.Partner with leadership to improve forecast accuracy and financial transparency.Financial Performance & AnalysisProvide deep analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow performance.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support informed, data-driven decisions.Strategic Business PartnershipDevelop executive-level reports and presentations that translate financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives such as headcount planning, pricing strategies, cost optimization, and global growth projects.Continuous ImprovementRecommend and implement improvements to FP&A tools, models, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and insight.Special ProjectsSupport scenario modeling, profitability analysis, M&A activity, and ad hoc leadership requests.What You BringEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis (global or manufacturing experience a plus).Technical ExpertiseAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skills.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, IFS, or similar) and consolidation tools such as Vena, OneStream, or Hyperion.Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles.Proven ability to analyze and interpret P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.Communication & InfluenceExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across regions and functions.How You'll SucceedCollaboration & Teamwork Builds trust and works effectively across global teams.Clear Communication Translates complex financial data into actionable business insights.Integrity & Accountability Demonstrates transparency and ownership of outcomes.Empathy & Relationship Building Forms strong partnerships across cultures and functions.Critical Thinking Applies sound judgment and objective analysis to decision-making.Why Join Us?Global Impact Influence financial decisions across multiple regions and markets.
