Our roles entail: Outpatient clinic-based practice with limited call and support from Regional Telestroke Team (handle acute stroke cases in ED and inpatient) Blended general neurology/subspecialty scope with opportunity to grow a subspecialty focused panel Integrated electronic medical record system (EPIC) with AI technology support for clinical documentation Tailored mentorship support for early career physicians Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology Eligible to obtain a California Medical License or already be licensed in the State of California Highlights: Up to $250K Advance on Pay Bonus (starting bonus) Up to $250K Medical Education Loan Repayment (approval required) PSLF Eligible Malpractice and Tail Coverage 100% Premium Coverage for Medical Insurance 4 1/2 Day Work Week 1/2 Day Paid Education Time Robust Retirement & Savings Plans Dedicated Back Office Staff Hassle-Free Practice: Enjoy a fulfilling practice without the burdens of running an office, developing a patient base, prior authorizations, and insurance billing. The earnings included in the salary range are contingent upon requisite Board Certification. Annual Salary is determined by longevity with the Group and full time equivalent (FTE) work schedule/effort.
