Join Our Team as a Lead Physical Therapist MUSC Florence is excited to welcome a Full-Time Lead Physical Therapist to our dynamic team. We offer a generous sign-on bonus, along with tuition and relocation assistance About the Position: The Lead Physical Therapist will report to the Rehab Manager or Rehab Director. This role involves developing, supervising, and providing exceptional patient care services as referred by physicians, tailored to meet the population-specific needs through a developmental and patient/family-directed approach. You will also provide daily operational supervision to Physical Therapists, Volunteers, Therapy Technicians, and Physical Therapy Assistants, acting as a mentor and expert within a specific clinical area while possessing advanced clinical skills. This position may involve working in outpatient and inpatient services across various units based on your assigned caseload. Key Responsibilities: Providing optimal patient care services as directed by physician referrals. Supervising and mentoring assigned staff and students in their clinical education. Utilizing advanced clinical skills to enhance patient outcomes. Education Requirements: Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience: Demonstrated knowledge of evaluation and therapeutic interventions in physical therapy. Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a busy clinic environment. Licenses/Certificates: South Carolina Board Certified / Eligible. Current Driver's License. BLS certification required.
