If you're looking for an organization that values expertise, fosters innovation, and makes a tangible impact on communities, you'll thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & OversightDirect and mentor project managers and junior staff.Provide technical oversight and stamp design drawings.Occasionally engage in hands-on design and project bidding.Project ManagementManage large-scale wastewater and water infrastructure projects.Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Client DevelopmentInterface with public agencies and clients.Develop new work and maintain existing relationships (book of business not required).QualificationsProfessional Engineer (PE) license required.Bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited civil or mechanical engineering program.Extensive experience in process engineering and project management.Technical ExpertiseStrong background in wastewater infrastructure, sewer systems, and water/stormwater treatment design.Ability to review and approve design packages; Civil 3D familiarity is a plus.Attributes for SuccessProven leadership and mentoring skills.Ability to balance technical oversight with business development.Comfortable with occasional site visits (primarily Southern California).Preferred SkillsExperience working with public agencies.Broad technical background in water/wastewater/stormwater systems.Familiarity with permitting and regulatory compliance.Ready to Take the Next Step?If you're seeking a leadership role with growth potential and the chance to make a meaningful impact on critical infrastructure projects, we'd love to hear from you.
