Director Of Alliances & ChannelsThis position is an opportunity for a highly talented sales & alliances development individual to play a key role in defining the go-to-market/sales pursuit plan for our Oracle Health & Life Sciences global Partner Ecosystem. The Director of Alliances & Channels will support business critical projects and global initiatives that provide industry-focused and tailored solutions for proven markets with targeted engineered partner sales plays for strategic partners. Responsibilities will include:Designing, building, and executing our global go-to-market Partner strategies that align with and supports Oracle's Healthcare & Life Sciences' business goals and objectives.Evaluating the economic and strategic cost and benefit of specific partnerships and working with cross line of business leaders to execute on the relationship(s).Facilitating the development of strategic marketing and new business plans to exceed assigned business goals and individual partner business plans.Actively tracking joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.Working with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities, product and services launch campaigns, and targeted account selling strategies in existing and emerging markets.Providing leadership and expertise in the development of new joint solutions / services offerings / processes designed to open new markets, strengthen new and existing partnerships, and produce high growth sales results.Monitoring partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase market penetration for differentiated Oracle products and partner services.Preferred Qualifications:Diverse experience and understanding with Oracle's Health & Life Sciences application portfolio and how that will translate to differentiated partner offerings to take to market.Ability to drive change and significant business impact, even under challenging circumstances and timelines through business and technical prioritization.Solid understanding of leading Global Advisory Firms, Global and Regional Systems Integrators, and Independent Software Vendors and their associated services delivery models.Commercially astute with an entrepreneurial vision for aligning organizational goals into successful alliances strategies.Strong sales, alliances, and collaboration skills to effectively devise and execute the GTM plans.Strong governance skills to ensure that quarterly Sales targets are achieved, and client deliverables are met.Strong analytical, sales development and marketing skills.Specific industry experience in the Life Sciences and/or Healthcare area(s).Key Skills / Experience Required:10+ years in Sales / Alliances with software applications and/or clinical trial-related products or services.Consistent track record of exceeding sales quota.Healthcare industry experience / knowledge.Strong software sales background, with proven track record of closing complex software sales cycles.Ability to think strategically about the market and prioritize key growth opportunities.Ability to penetrate accounts at multiple levels and clearly articulate Oracle Health & Life Science's value proposition.Build and nurture lasting relationships with Oracle Partners.Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.Highly organized and deadline orientated, with experience of producing regular sales forecast reports and activity updates.Responsibilities:Facilitates the development of strategic Partner Plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals and sales targets.Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies.Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards.Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners.Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.Disclaimer:Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $125,000 to $207,300 per annum.
