Assure facility is in compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations. The Assistant Manager will provide support with admissions and discharges as needed.Qualifications:Be able to communicate, model and carry out our organization's vision statement.High School Diploma.1-2 years supervisory experienceKnowledgeable in State regulations pertaining to Assisted Living.Must make independent decisions.1-2 years experience working with the elderly.Ability to be flexible.Must be able to read, write and speak English.Must be able to perform physical job demands of position.Exercises confidentiality to ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.
