Daily Tasks & Responsibilities Unlock and disarm the sales center and model home at the start of the day Turn on all lights and ensure the model home presents a warm, welcoming atmosphere Stock the Sales Center refrigerator with beverages and maintain adequate supplies Check restrooms for cleanliness and replenish items as needed Greet all visitors, provide a brief community overview, and explain that you are filling in for the primary representative Maintain detailed notes on visitor traffic, questions, and how guests heard about the community Record visitor questions and ensure the primary representative receives them for follow-up Politely advise guests that tours of inventory homes or homes under construction require scheduled appointments Securely close the model home by turning off lights, locking all doors, setting the alarm, and verifying final security Requirements & Qualifications Entry-level; must be personable, helpful, and customer-service focused Comfortable interacting with guests in a professional and friendly manner Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow opening and closing procedures precisely Strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanor Apply Today This is your chance to represent a beautifully crafted model home, support a high-quality builder, and deliver a polished guest experience each day.
