We are looking for a person who wants to join a dynamic and motivated team, serving the fast-paced growing semiconductor market.The Global Product Manager - Vaporizers is a strategic position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global strategic and tactical business plans to optimize the profitable growth of MSPs Vapor Product Line. The person in this role will play a key role in all aspects of the product life cycle, encompassing both upstream and downstream activities.What Will You Do?Identify and evaluate business opportunities through Voice of Customer (VOC) activities like analyzing customer needs, market drivers, technology developments, intellectual property landscape, regulatory drivers, and competitor posturing of assigned product line segments, leading to the creation of a robust product roadmapDevelop compelling business cases for identified opportunities, including market segmentation, customer needs (critical customer requirements), product positioning, detailed financial analysis, and market risksProvide collaborative leadership on new product development projects throughout the program, considering tradeoffs via cost/benefit analysis to ensure delivery of critical customer requirementsDevelop and execute product launch plans, including value propositions, messaging development, training needs, and sales collateral toolsDefine, implement and maintain overall product marketing for assigned product lines, driving annual go-to-market initiatives designed to optimize growth and profitability of MSP's productsPartner with global cross-functional marketing team members in the development and execution of multi-media marketing programs to support lead generation and advancement of prospects to salesManage pricing for assigned products, including conducting benchmarking activities, recommending price levels, and implementing pricing strategyManage product life cycle, making ROI-based decisions on product continuation and end-of-life programsProvide demand forecasts and market intelligence to Operations to optimize balance between customer service levels, working capital, and capacity utilizationEvaluate adjacent and new market segments for assigned value stream(s). Develop market segment revenue potential. Identify and propose market-based solutions offering growth potential.Analyze financial performance of released products. Make ROI-based decisions on continuation engineering activities and margin improvement opportunities.Travel to support activities, such as opportunity identification, technical evaluations, training, and visiting customers and potential business partners both domestic and international (25%+).
