With over 520 store locations and growing, we have been a leader in the Mattress industry for 35+ years, and we are a USA family?owned and operated company You will confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products utilizing our tried and proven selling process and cutting?edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.Preferred QualificationsAvailability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends. Our typical 45?day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.Providing customers with a relaxed, low?pressure, and educational shopping experience focusing on improving their lives through our sleep solutions.Usage of state?of?the?art technology including tablets, mobile point?of?sales (POS), and our exclusive bedMatch system.A winning team?oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm are keys to success.Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.Equal Opportunity Employer.
