Air Freight Agents maintain ongoing relationships, provide support, resolve problems, and open supply requests for customers and centers.Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.Desire to provide excellent customer service.General administrative skills such as in-bound phone support, distributing mail, preparing reports, processing forms, tracking shipments and orders, and data input.Problem solving skills to resolve intermediate level concerns by conducting research with minimal supervision.High attention to detail.Ability to lift up to 70 lb.Legal right to work in the U.S.Benefits: Competitive weekly pay, pension plan, medical, dental, and vision after waiting period, paid time off, and so much more.This position supports and coordinates airfreight trade services.
