Senior Manager Building PerformanceCushman & Wakefield is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager for the Building Performance Team within Cushman & Wakefield's Sustainability Services, focusing on both institutional/investor services and global occupier clients. This person would specialize in energy management & engineering (ASHRAE Level audits, electrification studies, building performance standards, etc.). This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong skills in data analysis, interpersonal communication, and project/team management. The successful candidate will work directly with energy team members to develop and implement energy, water, greenhouse gas/carbon emission, and decarbonizations strategies and initiatives to support our commercial office and industrial real estate clients while also maintaining and growing client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team that is spearheading carbon reduction programs for major national clients in the real estate sector. This position requires coordination directly with our clients; therefore, they must have superior communication, writing, and presentation skills. The position also involves producing high-quality reports such as ASHRAE level reports, the presentations of energy reduction strategies, graphs, tables, and plans to present to our clients.Duties and Responsibilities include:Understand commercial building HVAC systems and emerging high-performance alternatives systems that may be used in energy retrofits.Review ARCH and MEP drawings for existing buildings and systemsLead in the development of energy saving strategies and the identification of energy efficiency measures for existing buildings using spreadsheets, and other energy software for calculations of energy/cost savings and return on investment.Perform ASHRAE Level I & ASHRAE Level II Energy Audits in existing buildingsExperience with energy modeling tools is a plusProvide consultation to clients or other engineers on topics such as climate control systems, energy modeling, data logging, building automation systems, lighting or daylighting design, sustainable design, and energy auditingUnderstand energy efficiency and sustainability ordinances and associated requirements for various cities and states, including but not limited to NYC, Boston, DC, Chicago, Saint Louis, Denver, California, and PhiladelphiaSupport the capabilities of Cushman & Wakefield and managed buildings to apply for utility or other local incentivesProvide written technical and non-technical reports for program compliance and ownership reviewEngage with clients as the lead energy manager. Build and maintain key customer relationships to create opportunities for client growth.Provide project team leadership. Direct, oversee, and support the team on client engagements. The compensation for the position is: $123,250.00 - $145,000.00.
