This is a 2nd shift position for a Case Manager at a residential women's recovery program.


Position Summary:

The Case Manager coordinates the day‐to‐day programming and care of individual clients to successfully re‐engage

them in the community. The Case Manager acts as a Life Coach to be an advocate for client’s health, new behavior,

recovery, and overall well‐being. Each case manager has additional responsibilities as detailed below.


Essential Responsibilities:

1. Coaches clients according to program guidelines and enters Trello notes in a timely manner.

2. Communicates consistently and accurately with law enforcement, court, probation/parole officers, friend of

the court, and all other supporting organizations, agencies, or individuals who are involved with clients.

3. Responsible for preparing, leading, attending, and facilitating classes, devotionals, check‐ins, and house

meetings.

4. Models’ appropriate behavior in programming and daily interactions with clients.

5. Ensures the standardized documentation process is completed accurately and efficiently throughout all phases

of programming.

6. Interviews potential clients (in collaboration with others) in a timely manner and determines if they are

appropriate to receive Guiding Light resources.

7. Recognizes growth as a value that Guiding Light holds, and as a leader in this community will show evidence of

growth as an individual and as a coach.

8. Responsible for assigned tasks one weekend of each month.

9. Other duties as agreed with one’s supervisor.

General Direction: Plans and arranges own work. Uses a wide range of procedures to accomplish assigned

objectives.
