Join our team and be a part of a certified Great Place To WorkMost of our clients live in Simsbury, Granby, Canton, Avon and surrounding towns.What we're looking for:A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification would be preferredHoyer lift experience is a plusA copy of a negative TB skin test or chest x-ray is requiredDrivers license with insured and reliable automobile (preferred)Dementia/ Hospice including end-of-life experience is a plusA minimum of one year of documented experience requiredPass a drug test and background checkBenefits:Shift differential will be paid for weekend hourly and/or shifts shorter than 4 hoursPaid trainingSimple IRAPaid time offDirect deposit/ bi-weekly payTime and a half pay for working any of 9 major holidaysFlexible scheduleOne-on-one careWorking for a family-owned companyWhat you'll be doing:Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.Provide assistance with personal care.Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.Properly manage household needs.Provide companionship and respite services for the family.Provide transportation if needed to medical appointments, shopping or other activitiesCompensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hourOur Caregivers are the heart and soul of what we do.
