SENIOR BUSINESS OWNER- ASSET PROTECTION

Job TitleLead the solutions team and coordinate the development of solutions and projects as assigned. Direct the use of lean tools and methodologies to gather, summarize, and analyze data necessary for solution development, testing, and rollout. Support Freshness & Standards objectives and coordination with cross functional teams within General Office (G.O.) and divisions. Develop solutions working collaboratively with stakeholders from G.O., divisions and store associates in support of our Customer 1st strategy. Demonstrate the companys core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Lead process design team in developing efficient enterprise-level business processes that improve/simplify work methods, deliver financial benefit, and improve customer shopping experienceLead and direct large teams and manage projects that are large in scope/complexityEstablish/maintain professional relationships with division leadership and division associates, including the division rollout manager, to understand, summarize, and define work processes (current/future state)Establish and maintain professional relationships with senior management to understand/support business strategies and the business planGuide the facilitation of working sessions to develop current/future state work processesSet process modeling/documentation standards and update standardsPartner with Corporate Training & Development to develop training modules consistent with the standardsConsult with business specialists to develop/recommend potential business/technology solutionsCollaborate with the Finance department to document process improvements financial impactPartner with the V.P. Freshness & Standards and the director of Solutions Development to understand and guide the business and prioritiesDefine and document current/future state business processes, identify process improvement needs and develop plans to communicate and implement work improvementsTravel to divisions/stores to observe, create performance measurements and summarize process observationsSupervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance excellence discussions and provide feedback to direct reportsMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodationQualificationsDesired Previous Job Experience:Lean/Six Sigma project experienceAssistant Process Change ManagerBlack Belt CertifiedMinimum Position Qualifications:5+ years project management/process improvement experience2+ years as a business ownerDemonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problemsAbility to lead a team of highly driven and talented individualsAbility to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities/strategiesStrong analytical and conceptual skillsUnderstanding of organizational impacts that result from changes to business processes/technologiesAbility to develop, re-engineer and document business processesExcellent facilitation skills with the ability to drive toward solutionsAbility to maintain a solutions-focused approachKnowledge of lean tools and methodologiesKnowledge of in-store activities, including observations, performance measurements and summarizing observationsAbility to work overnight/unusual hours to perform in-store tasksAbility to travel independently (
