Senior Estates & Trusts Attorney


Evolve Workforce Solutions is on the search for a seasoned Senior Estates and Trusts Associate for the Private Client Services Practice Group of a distinguished law firm. This individual has the option to be located at any of the firm's offices but will be expected to spend time in the Miami office as needed.

Role Description:

The firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to contribute to its Private Client Services Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have a rich background in estate planning, estate and gift taxation, as well as estate and trust administration. This role involves serving a diverse clientele, including charitable organizations, foundations, and corporate fiduciaries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive estate planning services.
  • Advise on estate and gift taxation matters.
  • Oversee the administration of estates and trusts.
  • Collaborate closely with a Florida Bar Board Certified Partner in Wills, Trusts, and Estates.
  • Offer legal services to both domestic and international clients, with international estate planning as an added advantage.


What Sets You Apart:

  • 5-15 years of experience in relevant practice areas.
  • An LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred.
  • A willingness to collaborate with a senior certified partner and contribute to the practice's growth.
  • Must be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to obtain membership.
